Your Key Account Manager and our UK based Technical Support teams are on hand to answer any questions you may have. They are trained in all aspects of our business so whoever your first point of contact is, they will take ownership and be your point of contact until your ticket is resolved.
Our installation team have been together on projects now for 10 years for Club Talk and have many more years under their belts.
We are able to fully project manage any size of installation within the UK, from initial meeting right up to the handover.
Each and every install is assigned a Key Account Manager who will be your regular point of contact and is responsible for liaising between all parties and making sure everything runs to plan and everyone is updated with progress reports.
We can cover 96% of all systems known within the UK, so it is just a matter of letting us know what the make and model is of your system, how old it is and how many handsets you have. If you can offer remote access to your system this will normally make your contract cheaper.
